Damilola is a digital transformation and enterprise growth practitioner with 16+ years of experience working across technology, business development, project delivery and enterprise support. She has led and delivered digital and enterprise-focused initiatives for businesses, entrepreneurs and development organisations, working across technology implementation, programme delivery, capacity building and stakeholder engagement. Her experience includes work with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), International Trade Centre (ITC), UN Women, Intel, U.S. Embassy Nigeria, TechWomen and other organisations supporting entrepreneurs, women and young people. Her work sits at the intersection of digital transformation, enterprise growth and implementation with a particular interest in what enables digital capability to translate into practical business and organisational change.
