Complex projects rarely fail because people don’t care. They become difficult when there are too many moving parts, unclear ownership, competing priorities and decisions waiting to be made.
My role is to bring clarity to that complexity and create the momentum needed to move the work forward. I connect strategy to execution, bring people around the work, establish the structures teams need, and stay close enough to delivery to see what is slowing progress before it becomes a bigger problem.
